How it helps

Support that meets you where you are

Plain language, not paperwork

Ask real questions like 'Mum is up all night and I'm exhausted' and receive suggestions written for humans, not professionals.

Next steps you can actually take

Turn guidance into small, concrete actions. Questions to ask the GP, ideas to try at home, or talking points for the next care visit.

Shared plans, shared load

Create simple notes to share with siblings, friends or workers, so you're not the only one who remembers what works.

Clear boundaries and safety

Memora.help helps carers prepare, understand and coordinate. You'll feel more confident when talking with clinicians or services.

Reminiscence sessions

Memories are still there. Help bring them to the surface.

Build a memory vault of photos, recordings and stories, then run gentle, guided reminiscence sessions that meet the person where they are. Designed with consent, dignity and clinical care standards at the centre.

  • Photo and audio memory vault, kept private to your circle
  • Era-aware conversation prompts that follow the person's lead
  • Session notes carers and clinicians can both use

Built with care

Memora.help only draws on approved dementia resources and provider documents, keeps a record of what has been asked and suggested, and is designed for use in regulated care settings.

Evidence-tagged

Suggestions link back to approved dementia resources, so you can check the source.

Transparent records

A clear history of what was asked and suggested, available to you at any time.

People first

Not a surveillance tool or a substitute for the people carers trust.

Your memories, your control

Complete privacy for photos and recordings

Many people worry about sharing personal photos and voices. Here's exactly how Memora.help protects them.

Encrypted end-to-end

Photos and recordings are encrypted (AES-256) the moment they're uploaded. Only you and people you explicitly invite can access them. This is the same security standard used by banks.

You decide who sees what

Create a private circle of family members, friends or care workers. You control exactly who can view each memory. You can remove someone's access at any time.

Verified accounts only

Everyone who accesses Memora.help must verify their email address and password. We use CAPTCHA to prevent automated attacks. This keeps scammers and bots out.

Never sold or shared

Your memories are never shared with third parties, used for advertising, or sold to anyone. Your data belongs to you. This is legally binding in our terms of service.

Audit trail of all access

See a complete record of who accessed what memories and when. If you notice something suspicious, you'll know immediately and can remove access.

You don't have to hold it all in your head.

Start with one question. Memora.help will meet you there.
